1. Inspection center equipped with instruments of HPLC, GC etc, R&D and QC for testing of each batch.
2. Free sample can be supplied for quality testing and confirmation.
3. Visit our factory and do factory audit are welcomed.
4. Cooperated with third-party test agency for testing heavy metals, pesticide residues, allergen etc.
Q2:What's your shipping methods and delivery time?
A1:Shipping Methods: DHL/UPS/Fedex/Air Shipping/Sea Shipping
A2:Shipping Time: 4-12 days by air or 20-30 days by sea
Q3:Can you guarantee I can get my goods without any custom problem?
A1:Yes,We have exported ingredients for more than 10 years and have professional experiences for Custom Declare and documents preparation.And we also could introduce you some local forwarder agent to show some help.
Q4:How to guarantee the after-sale?
A1:We build up a professional After-Sale Team to feedback to you. Please follow the guide lines:
1. Please take detailed photos of ingredients with well packages.
2. Please calculate the quantity of defect ingredients with picture listed.
3. Please send us the complaint sheet with more clearer details by e-mail.
The After-Sale Team will do research and submit the investigation report with our OA&QC Department.
A2:Solution for reference:
1. If the package damage problem, make sure ingredients are fine. We will provide new package for free.
2. If ingredients have minor defects, we will try our best to give you discount and compensation.
3. If there is critical problem.We would do inspection and provide replacement after got your approval.
